Leadership Coaching is a program that individually pairs practicing principals with retired principals who have been trained by us to serve as leadership coaches using the same focus areas utilized in the PRN Program. We have a cadre of well-experienced principals ready to help principals tackle the challenges they face. Leadership coaches meet with their principal monthly to process with the school leader the challenges s/he is facing and the strategies that are being employed. CEOs in fortune 500 companies have their coaches as do elite athletes such as Tiger Woods and Roger Federer. It is time for school leaders to have their coaches to help them maintain the necessary focus to transform schools.

Principal Residency Network for School Leaders:

PRN for School Leaders extends the PRN work by recognizing that new and experienced principals need differentiated support at the beginning and throughout their careers.  Organized around cohorts, differentiated by experience, this program provides a supportive, collaborative environment for new and experienced principals to discuss their challenges and successes while focusing on national leadership standards.  The support and networking created by this experience is crucial to a principal’s success, job satisfaction and development as a leader working to transform education. Through our partnerships with higher education institutions we can offer graduate credits toward a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study (CAGS).
